Harrison Saito

Harrison Saito has training in the art of karate for over 10 years and to ths day still trains under an authentic Japanese lineage. He has competed in numerous competitions where in 2016 he won the NSW state championship. He became inspired to teach after seeing the dilution of karate around the world with modernisation causing karate to lose its true essence. His teaching uses a combination of traditional and modern karate and focuses primarily on conditioning and sparring (kumite) holding firmly that learning comes from doing. He believes firmly that karate demands levels of flexibility, endurance and strength that must be drilled regularly. His continual aim is to keep karate teachings extremely practical and constantly refined through repetition, sparring and maintaining your maximum physical potential.

NSW Karate Federation State Champion (2016)
